We aim to dispatch decals within 2 business days of receiving your order. Orders are shipped on Monday Wednesday and Friday so if you place an order over the weekend it will be processed and shipped on Monday.

Clothing

Our clothing is made to order to ensure the best quality and availability of colors and sizes. As such the average fulfillment time is approximately 14 days from the date of purchase excluding shipping time. While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible please note that this timeframe is an estimate. If you decide to cancel your order after the clothing item has already been ordered or put into production unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund. Aftercare Instructions for Vinyl Pressed Designs on Custom Clothing

1. Washing Instructions:

Turn the garment inside out before washing to protect the vinyl design. Wash on a cold or gentle cycle (30°C/86°F or lower) to prevent heat damage. Use a mild detergent – avoid bleach, fabric softeners, or harsh chemicals.

2. Drying Instructions:

Avoid tumble drying, as heat can weaken the vinyl adhesive. Lay the garment flat or hang it to air dry for best results.

3. Ironing Instructions:

If ironing is necessary, turn the garment inside out and use a low-heat setting. Never iron directly on the vinyl design.

4. General Tips:

Avoid scrubbing or stretching the design. Do not dry clean your garment, as chemicals used in dry cleaning can damage the vinyl. Store the garment in a cool, dry place, avoiding prolonged direct sunlight.

Application Instructions for Vinyl Designs (Including Wet Method)

1. Prepare the Surface:

Ensure the application surface is clean, smooth, and free from dust, dirt, or oils. Use a lint-free cloth and rubbing alcohol to clean the area thoroughly.

2. Position the Design (Dry Method):

If applying a smaller design, carefully position it on the surface. Use masking tape to hold it in place if needed. For larger designs, use the wet method below.

3. Wet Method for Large Designs:

Spray a light mist of water (mixed with a drop of dish soap) onto the back of the vinyl and the application surface. This helps you move the design into the perfect position before adhering.

4. Apply the Design:

Lay the design (with the transfer tape) onto the surface. Use a squeegee, credit card, or similar tool to press the vinyl firmly, starting from the center and moving outward. If using the wet method, squeegee out as much water as possible to ensure proper adhesion.

5. Remove the Transfer Tape:

Once the design is firmly in place, slowly peel away the transfer tape at a 45-degree angle. If any part of the vinyl lifts, press it back down and re-squeegee.

6. Allow the Vinyl to Set:

For the wet method, allow the design to fully dry and adhere for 24-48 hours. Avoid moving or exposing the area to water during this time.
