Our custom products are all made to order and are non-refundable / non-returnable. All custom orders have a lead time of 7-14 working days before dispatch. During busy periods this may change - we do aim to get all orders out at the first opportunity; if your order has been subject to a delay we will notify you via the email you used when purchasing so please use an email address you check, don't worry about spam - we will never send you emails unless you are on our mailing lists.
