While we try to maintain the best possible quality for our merchandise, sometimes  little things maybe missed especially little snags or tears. If this is the case please do reach out to us and we will endeavour to correct the issue through means deemed satisfactory. 

Unfortunately due to the nature of the item purchased we will not be able to refund or exchange if the item has been custom made / worn / subject to obvious stretching and material stress or has been mistreated due to washing or drying incorrectly (please see our care instructions for garments).

Vinyls & Printed Stickers

Missing Item - If you have received your order and discover something is missing; please do reach out to us and we will discover what the issue was and rectify it immediately.

Did Not Arrive - If your item did not arrive again please reach out to us and we will trace the item and find out where it went missing. In this situation if the parcel did not reach the intended destination a replacement will follow. If you have placed an order of any item of clothing and did not select the Tracked / Signed for method we will not be able to refund / provide replacements. If the correct option has been selected on the checkout the following process will be carried out. 

1. You contact us regarding your item(s) that have not arrived
2. We will carry out an investigation as to where the parcel went missing and get in touch with the courier provider; if the parcel has been deemed missing by the courier a claim will be processed against them to cover the costs of the replacement items. When we have a timescale for this you will be notified by email / text message.
3. When the refund from the courier has been received your order will then start again and will be posted back out.
